Elegant refectory table (fratino) that can also be used as a console. This piece is outstanding for the single original fifteenth-century plant that makes up the table top. The turned legs are in old walnut but were produced recently. We added the two wrought iron crossbars as a decorative element. We are certain of the authenticity of this piece, but at the same time we are not able to establish the exact usefulness of having a single plank table top in the past.

It may be hypothesized that it was a church bench, but we cannot be certain. It certainly maintains its mysterious charm, enhanced further by its elegant and harmonic lines. We would be happy to provide further photographs and information about the table upon request.
