The work was produced thanks to the cooperation of three craftsmen from different trades. First of all the carpenter built the frame in lime wood and the block board on which the flowers were then applied. Later the smith covered the wood with steel sheets polished with a mirror finish.The base of the picture with this covering was then entrusted to the master glassmaker, who fastened the handmade flowers onto it.
Each flower was screwed onto the surface of the picture with steel screws. The frame of the picture is decorated with 36 flowers in white Murano glass and overlaid with another 36 flowers in pink Murano glass. The panel holds 436 flowers in Murano glass, of which most are overlying others.
As this is a handmade item, we require about 18 weeks to produce and deliver it. As these pieces are made to order, we offer the opportunity to vary the measurements and, based on your request, the estimated price will be communicated.
