Each Italian Shape product arrives directly from Italy because this is our objective. For deliveries we require a period of time that ranges from 8 to 16 weeks (for existing merchandise and not for customized or made-to-measure pieces). Each product will be delivered to your door. The carrier will be responsible for unloading your order in front of your home, with no need for porterage.

The professionalism of our company has led us to study packaging suitable for any type of transport. The products that we – here at Italian Shape – deal with are precious and unique, which is why the transport may often be a particularly delicate moment. Each of your purchases will automatically include insurance, which guarantees the product during the entire journey. The packaging that we provide for each order was studied by trade professionals who boast extensive experience in international transport. Each product is packed with different layers of cardboard and bubble pack fixed with adhesive tape. Then your purchase is inserted into a wooden crate on a pallet. For greater security during transport, we thought it best to use a particular blend of substances called “Foam in Place”, which is positioned in the space between the packing and the wooden crate. Using this packaging system, your orders can travel to you in total safety.
