Peculiar armoire of the early nineteenth century made out of walnut. Its main trait is given by the cymatium where its shape remembers the gendarmerie hat and follows the superior edge of the doors. Inside the armoire it is there are three movable shelves that divide the space into four capacious rooms. Under the two doors it is located a drawer. Deprived of its original color, the armoire has undergone a massive restoration intervention, particularly on the inside. The restorer has seen fit to lacquer it with two colors, enriching it with hand painted decorations on the sides and the frontal panels. The styled used for the decoration of the armoire is called shabby chic.
