Imposing throne created by the merger of two styles that were popular in the early years of the last century and in the seventeenth century.

The coping, located on the backrest, belongs to an armoire of the early years of the eighteenth century. Beneath the armrests there are two figures taken from a part of an ecclesiastical furniture. The throne has been produced using solid Italian walnut and the backrest was embellished by applying rhombus-shaped walnut wooden panels delimited by a thin inlaid rosewood thread. In order to exploit the underlying space, the master carpenter added a capacious drawer embellished by two handles representing the face of a lion. It surely is masterpiece, unique of its kind and able to perfectly fit inside any kind of style, both traditional and contemporary.
